About an order
Add your order number, so we can find it straight away. To change a size or cancel, write within 48 hours of ordering, before production starts. You can also follow every stage in My orders.
Returns and repairs
Start with the returns page; it explains what to send and where. For a deep clean, re-oxidising or a repair, write to us with a photo.
