Terms & conditions
The rules for buying from Kagenoishi, written to be read. Where they say less than the law, the law wins.
§01 Seller
The shop at kagenoishi.com is run by Kagenoishi, Warsaw, Poland. Contact: hello@kagenoishi.com. [Company name, registered address and tax ID (NIP) to be added before launch.]
§02 Orders
You place an order by adding pieces to the cart, choosing your shipping country and paying at checkout. The contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation by email. We may decline an order if a piece is no longer available or the details are clearly wrong; you then get a full refund.
§03 Prices and payment
Prices are in euro. Shipping is shown in the cart before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, paid by the recipient.
§04 Pre-orders and production
Every piece is made to order. Production takes about 3–4 weeks from the order confirmation and may take a little longer during drops; we tell you by email if it does. You can cancel for a full refund until production starts, usually within 48 hours of ordering.
§05 Drops and the waitlist
Some pieces are released in limited drops. Waitlist members receive a password that opens the drop 24 hours before everyone else. The password is personal; quantities are limited and orders are accepted in the order they are paid. A waitlist place does not reserve a piece.
§06 Delivery
We ship from Poland with tracking to the address you give at checkout. Delivery times are listed on the shipping page and start once your piece is made. The risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.
§07 Returns and the right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The piece must be unworn and returned in its original packaging; return shipping is paid by you. We refund the payment, including the original standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the piece. Pieces made to your personal specification (a size outside the chart, custom text or design) are excluded from withdrawal, unless faulty. Details: Returns & exchanges.
§08 Warranty and complaints
You have the statutory rights for goods that do not conform to the contract. On top of that, we give a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects; normal wear, scratches, tarnish, loss and damage from accidents or improper care are not covered. Send complaints to hello@kagenoishi.com with photos; we reply within 14 days.
§09 Designs and content
All designs, photos, animations and texts on this site belong to Kagenoishi or are used with permission. Please do not copy or sell them without our written consent.
§10 Law and disputes
Polish law applies, without taking away the protection you have under the law of the EU country where you live. Consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
