Drops and the waitlist
How do drops work?
We release pieces in small drops. First Drop opens on 11.11. Waitlist members get a password that opens it 24 hours earlier, then it opens to everyone.
How do I join the waitlist?
Leave your email on the drop page. You get a confirmation straight away, and the password and a personal discount 24 hours before the drop.
I did not get the password.
Check spam and promotions and search for “Kagenoishi”. Still nothing? Write to us and we send it again.
Will sold-out pieces come back?
Some may return in later drops, some will not. The newsletter is the first place we announce it.
Orders and pre-orders
How long does my order take?
About 3–4 weeks to make, then delivery: 3–7 business days in the EU.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 48 hours of ordering, before production starts. Email us with your order number.
Where can I see my order status?
In My orders: sign in with your email, no password needed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, processed securely at checkout.
Sizes
How do I find my ring size?
Measure your finger with a strip of paper, or a ring you already own. Your EU size is your finger circumference in millimetres.
What if the ring does not fit?
Write to us within 14 days of delivery and we remake it in your size. You only pay shipping both ways.
Shipping and returns
Where do you ship?
Worldwide, from Poland, always tracked. Free in the EU.
Will I pay customs?
Not in the EU. Outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.
Can I return a piece?
Yes, unworn and in its original packaging, within 14 days of delivery.
Silver
Is 925 sterling silver real silver?
Yes. It is 92.5% pure silver with a little copper, which makes it strong enough to wear every day.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Silver slowly darkens over time; that is natural and easy to polish off the raised surfaces. Sterling silver rarely marks skin; if it does, it washes off.
Why are some parts dark?
That is an oxidised finish, made on purpose to show the depth of the design. Please do not polish it away.
