If something is not right, we will work it out together.

14-day returns

You can return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as long as:

  • the piece is unworn, undamaged and in its original condition;
  • it comes back in the original packaging.

Personalised pieces (a size outside the chart, custom text or design) are made only for you and cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to return

  1. Email hello@kagenoishi.com with your order number and the piece you would like to return.
  2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Send the piece back with a tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  4. Once we receive and check the piece, we refund your original payment method within 14 days.
Wrong size?

Write to us within 14 days of delivery. We remake your piece in a different size; you only pay shipping both ways. The ring size guide is the easiest way to get it right the first time.

Damaged or faulty pieces

If your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 14 days with photos. We repair it, replace it or refund you, and cover the shipping.

Warranty

Every piece has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Normal wear, scratches, tarnish, loss, and damage from accidents or improper care are not covered.

Cancelling a pre-order

You can cancel for a full refund until your piece goes into production, usually within 48 hours of ordering. Just email us with your order number.
